Rib U

The Captain's Quarters Inn  Rib U classes are over for this season. We would like to thank everyone who participated in the class and we hope that it enjoyed by all. We will be starting a new Rib U 2 class in mid March, with the possibility of adding a 3 night class with the addition of a demonstration of trimming, seasoning and injecting a pork butt for competition and a sausage making class, With the first night Beer and Sausage tasting. We still have a few spots for thanksgiving dinner and I may even smoke a turkey.
